About Dr. James Coleman
Dr. James Coleman has represented the citizens of Lynchburg previously by serving on the City School board.
He has advocated for civility, safety and fair equity throughout the years and feels now is the time move forward as a public representative on City Council in Ward III where he has resided for years.
